ABOUT INSTRUCTORS & PILOTS
We have professional Flying and ground crew members. The Instructors have an experience of 7 years of Paragliding and Paramotor flying. The Chief Paragliding Instructor comes with a thorough aviation background. He has 18 years of Sailplane flying experience and is a holder of Pilot's Licence (Gliders) and Flight Instructor's Rating on Gliders.

ERIC MENEZES He is the Chief Paragliding Instructor and is with a thorough aviation background. He has 22 years of experience in flying sailplanes and is a holder of Flight Instructor's Rating for Gliders issued by Civil Avaition Dept., Govt of India. He started his flying career way back in 1980, has done 4000 flights and logged 450 hours airtime.

He is one of the pioneers in paragliding in India. Having started paragliding in 1994, he established a paragliding school in Pune. He has successfully trained more than 1100 students in the past 10 years. Apart from flying paramotors and trikes, he specializes in aerial photography. He is very safety concious and believes in disciplined flying.

MANGESH DIGHE Mangesh Dighe started his Paragliding career in the year 1994. Today he is an experienced instructor in paragliding. Incidentally, he happens to be a Civil Engineer and has completed his post graduation in Environmental science. He is an expert on free flying and paramotor cross country flights.He has particiapted in Paragliding Pre-world cup championships and holds International sporting licence in paragliding. Since he holds a record of over 2000 tandem flights, he is known as a tandem pilot.

GOVIND YEWALE Govind Yewale is flying paragliders since 2003 and has started flying paramotors in 2006. He is assistant instructor in Wings and Flights. His speciality is in parasailing and also conducts training in parasailing.He has a vast experience of giving parasailing joyrides on the plateau of Panchagani near Mahabaleshwar.

YOGENDRA JAHAGIRDAR

Yogendra Jahagirdar is a paragliding enthusiast and a director at
Paragliding India. He is also a keen scale aeromodeller and has two FAI
records to his credit. He runs a company Jahagirdar Aero Products
manufacturing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Targets.

SHAILESH BHATT
A name withstands among the pioneers of paragliding and paramotoring in Gujrat. He has successfully organised many paragliding training camps in Ahemdabad. He has flown the leading international brands of paramotors and has been representing paragliding in International Kite Festival organised by Tourism Dept, Gujrat. He won the second place in in National Paramotor Rally.He has the most experienced team for conducting parasailing joyrides.

SAMSON D'SILVA
A prominent name in paragliding circle in Mumbai. He has flown many hill sites in Western Ghats. He runs a paragliding school in Virar, Mumbai. An excellent Winch Operator and paragliding instructor. Apart from developing websites, he is good in general and aerial photography.

DINESH MARWADKAR Dinesh is an assistant paragliding instructor at Aurangabad Adventure Sports Association and also instructor for Wings and Flights, Pune. A very knowledgeable and safety concious pilot and has flown in every advanced sites around Aurangabad region. One of the pioneer members of paragliding community in Aurangabad, he is expert in Rock Climbing, Parasailing, Rappeling and allied adventure sport activities.
